Pricing Policy

This Pricing Policy explains how Heather’s Boutique sets, displays, and corrects prices, and what happens when a price is listed in error. It applies to heathersboutique.com and, where noted, to purchases made at our Oconomowoc boutique. It forms part of our Terms & Conditions.

Heather’s Boutique is operated by Heather’s Boutique LLC.

1. Currency and Where Prices Apply

All prices are shown in U.S. dollars (USD).

Prices, promotions, and availability shown on this website apply to online orders only. Pricing at our physical boutique is set separately and may differ from the website. An online price does not obligate the boutique to match it in store, and a boutique price does not obligate us to match it online.

2. Pricing Errors — Our Right to Correct

We work hard to display accurate prices. Even so, errors happen. Prices and product information on this site are produced from a combination of manual entry, designer price sheets, and automated feeds from our suppliers, and any of these can introduce a mistake — including a misplaced decimal, an incorrect or stale designer price, a currency or unit error, a mis-mapped style number, a technical or display fault, or a promotion applied to the wrong item.

Heather’s Boutique reserves the right to correct any pricing error at any time, without prior notice, including after an order has been submitted and after an order confirmation has been sent.

A listed price is an invitation to purchase, not a binding offer. No contract of sale is formed until we accept your order and the merchandise ships. Our order confirmation email acknowledges that we received your order; it is not acceptance of the listed price and does not by itself create a binding contract.

If we identify a pricing error affecting an order you have placed, we will contact you before shipping and offer you the choice to:

• Proceed with the order at the corrected price; or
• Cancel the order for a full refund of any amount charged.

If we are unable to reach you, or you do not respond within a reasonable time, we will cancel the order and issue a full refund to the original payment method. You will not be charged the higher price without your agreement.

Where a price is obviously incorrect — for example, a formal gown listed for a few dollars — we are not required to honor it, and we may cancel and refund the affected order. This applies even where the error was ours.

3. Price Changes

Prices are subject to change at any time without notice. Changes may reflect designer or supplier price adjustments, seasonal or collection changes, shipping and material costs, or the start or end of a promotion.

The price that applies to your order is the price displayed at the time your order is submitted, subject to the correction rights in Section 2.

We do not offer retroactive price adjustments. If an item’s price drops after you order — including if it later goes on sale, is marked down, or moves to clearance — we do not refund the difference. Likewise, if a price rises after you order, we do not charge you more.

4. Sales, Promotions, and Discount Codes

Sale and promotional pricing is available for a limited time and only while supplies last. Unless a promotion expressly says otherwise:

• Discount codes and promotions cannot be combined.
• Codes must be applied at checkout, before payment. We cannot apply a code to an order after it has been submitted.
• Promotions apply to merchandise only and do not apply to alterations, services, taxes, or shipping charges unless stated.
• Promotions may exclude certain designers, collections, or items, including new arrivals and already-discounted merchandise.
• Codes have no cash value, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be transferred or resold.

We may end, suspend, or modify any promotion at any time. We may also cancel any order and void any discount where we identify fraud, abuse, resale activity, unauthorized code distribution, or use of a code obtained in error.

Items marked FINAL SALE, including sale, clearance, and outlet merchandise, are governed by our Return & Refund Policy.

5. Availability and Order Cancellation

Listing an item does not guarantee it is in stock. Inventory can sell in the boutique and online at the same time, and designer availability can change without notice.

We reserve the right to limit order quantities, to limit or refuse sales to resellers, and to refuse or cancel any order. If we cancel an order after payment, we will refund the full amount charged to the original payment method.

6. Taxes

Applicable sales tax is calculated at checkout based on your delivery address and the requirements of the applicable taxing jurisdiction. Any tax that applies to your order is displayed in the order total before you submit payment.

Displayed merchandise prices are exclusive of tax unless expressly stated otherwise. Tax rates and taxability are set by law and can change; the amount shown at checkout controls for your order.

7. Shipping Charges

Shipping charges, where they apply, are shown separately at checkout before you submit payment and are not included in the displayed merchandise price. See our Shipping Policy for full details.

8. Alterations and Services

Alterations, styling, and other services are priced separately from merchandise and are quoted based on the work required. A quote is an estimate; if the required work changes materially once the garment is assessed, we will confirm the revised price with you before proceeding.

Service charges are not merchandise and are not covered by merchandise return rights. Any deposit terms are disclosed at the time of booking.

9. Rentals

Heather’s Boutique does not rent merchandise. All merchandise offered on this website and in our boutique is offered for purchase only. Any reference on this site to renting is general information or commentary and is not an offer of a rental service by Heather’s Boutique.

10. Third-Party and Partner Listings

Some styles shown on this site are fulfilled by an authorized partner retailer rather than sold by us directly. Where that is the case, the product page identifies it and links out to the partner. Pricing, availability, taxes, shipping, and returns for those items are set and controlled by that retailer, not by Heather’s Boutique.

Prices shown on comparison sites, marketplaces, search results, social media, or cached pages may be out of date. The price shown on heathersboutique.com at the time you submit your order controls.

11. Questions About a Price

If you believe a price is displayed incorrectly, or you have a question about a charge, contact us before ordering and we will confirm the correct price.

12. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Pricing Policy at any time. The version in effect at the time you submit your order governs that order. The “Last updated” date above indicates when this policy was last revised.
